Working with an Oracle partnered consultancy, we are searching for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong focus on Oracle experience and knowledge. You will lead a strategic role in realising a major digital transformation with the client.

Responsibilities:
- Define the scope of the project in line with the contract, upstream and throughout the project
- Build the schedule in consultation with the project manager and the stream leaders, and ensure its execution
- Manage a team of consultants and their technical/functional activities
- Monitor the progress of the various phases of the project in compliance with the defined deadlines, budget and scope of implementation
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, customer satisfaction and their adoption of the solution
- Identify and report risks to the project manager and define the associated action plan
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager
- Strong experience and knowledge of Oracle, OCI and Oracle HCM Cloud
- Previous success in implementing and management of HRIS projects
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other alternatives
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English and French
