The EMEA HR digital & data analyst is responsible for overseeing group-wide reporting or dashboard initiatives, provide benchmarks and data analysis, facilitating HR analytics across BGs with common & standard dashboards, ensuring the data quality, modernize HR functions through technology, streamline HR processes, and enhance efficiency and productivity using digital tools including AI and automation (RPA).
Main missions:
HR Digital activities
Build strong collaboration between regional, BG’s and local HR (country clusters & sites) stakeholders
- Participate in governance meetings and lead or attend preparatory sessions or retrospectives for key initiatives
- Be a key interlocutor for HR local stakeholders & build a strong collaboration & network between regional/BG Analytics teams & local teams
Project management:
- Participate in project planning and brainstorming sessions to define goals and requirements integrating regional / local specificities
- Collect user feedback to inform design and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Test and validate new features to ensure they meet user needs and project specifications.
Support:
- Ensure the run, maintenance, and enhancement of digital tools and systems, providing timely support and solutions to users.
- Assist/Support in variable pay & HR cycle campaigns
Enhancements / releases:
- Communicate with stakeholders about system evolutions, maintain and share regional/local improvement and integration wish lists, and document changes impacting the region
Data analyst activities:
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions related to workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
Coordinate reporting activities across the region. Gather internal data on workforce demographics, turnover rates, DEI, and other relevant metrics.
Trend Analysis : Identifying patterns and trends in employee data, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and performance metrics. This helps in understanding workforce dynamics and predicting future trends .
Support to Business Groups & HR initiatives:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of common HR Dashboard or reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with different Business Groups and Country clusters to understand their data needs and provide relevant analyses.
- Assist in interpreting data and making data driven decisions
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure full alignment between HR and Finance analytics.
Providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve HR strategies, such as talent management, employee satisfaction, and productivity
Benchmarking: Compare internal HR data with external benchmarks from industry reports, surveys, and other sources to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
Data Quality : Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data in periodic reports through rigorous quality control measures.
- Define and implement data control process in link with the Corporate Data analyst and the Data Office.
- Monitor the data quality by domain (learning, C&B, Workforce etc.)
- Liaise with data producers/owners to correct false data
Project management
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, ensuring coordination and follow up on data-driven initiatives
Training and support:
- Train and support HR teams in using standard reporting/dashboards in Power BI and analysis tools
- Provide training on analytical tools and methodologies
- Enhance the analytical skills of HR professionals across the organization
- Support the HR community to use the standard and common dashboards
- Create / lead the HR analytics community (governance meetings, newsletters, webinars etc.)
- : Using statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast future HR needs, such as hiring requirements, potential employee attrition, and training needs
- Reporting:
- Manage HR databases and reporting tools in the Group framework
- Ensure the use of standard reports- by the HR community
: Ensuring that all employee data is handled in compliance with relevant data protection regulations like CSRD, GDPR.
Skills and qualifications
Personal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Digital / analytics.
- Excellent level French and English
Skills & Abilities
Technical skills
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or similar
- Excellent knowledge of data bases and data analysis tools (like Excel …)
- Database Management : Understanding how to manage and query databases using SQL or NoSQL database
Analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions
- Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Power BI is important
- Machine Learning : Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms can be beneficial for more advanced data analysis tasks
Communication skills
- Excellent ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Skills in presentation and data visualization
Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work transversally and collaborate effectively with different teams
- Capability to train and advise non-specialists on analytical topics
Project management skills
- Excellent project management skills (especially in a multicultural and international environment) to oversee reporting initiatives from conception to implementation
- Skills in planning, organization, and time management
