DESCRIPTION

MOE / AMOE – Ground up (Did “code or technical positions” before exercising responsibilities)

Knows TM Forum ODA, on Service / Resource and if possible Product layers

Understands components, data model and interfaces (Open APIs)

Strong technical skills in telecommunications (Core network, PFS, transport access network)

Needs to speak French and English.

SKILLS

Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts

Experience in managing complex projects

Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment

EXPERIENCE

Degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science or a related field

Certifications TM Forum

Significant experience in a presales or technical sales role in the telecommunications field

Has held positions of responsibility (Project with an operator or for several operator clients.)

Ex: OSS architect, multi-vendor (publisher: Netcracker, BluePlanet, Comarch, NEP: E//, Huawei, Nokia, etc.)

Or: several positions with an operator then assigned to upstream studies, responsible for project management

In-depth knowledge of TM Forum standards, including product, service and resource layers
