Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maitre de Salle at The Magic Collection Retreats in Megève. The Butler will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive service to guests, setting the table, serving plates and drinks, coordinating and overseeing the smooth running of meal service, managing staff, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of spaces, and ensuring guest satisfaction with their experience.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the field
- Good knowledge in English and French
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of wine and oenology is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet guest needs
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
