My Client, a global leader in the FMCG sector, is looking for an RGM Manager to lead the local Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy and execution. This pivotal role will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional Commercial team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the 3-year RGM roadmap and annual agenda, focused on driving volume, revenue, and net sales growth.
  • Develop RGM capabilities across all commercial functions alongside the Group RGM team to roll out frameworks and tools, driving continuous performance improvement using global RGM methodologies.
  • Ensure alignment of RGM strategies with business objectives, contributing to the overall success of My Client in France.

  • Developing and implementing strategies that directly impact local market performance.
  • Navigating the complexities of working in a multi-functional, fast-paced, and agile environment.

Successful Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in working within French markets with deep market knowledge.
  • Extensive experience in a multi-functional environment , collaborating with diverse teams across different functions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and a strong cultural fit with My Client’s values.
  • FMCG experience within French Markets is essential.
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written).
