Role Description
This is a contract role for a Demi Chef De Partie at Matsuhisa Restaurants in St.-Tropez. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring high standards of food presentation and quality. They will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and efficient work environment, follow recipes and menus as directed by the head chef, and adhere to all health and safety regulations. This is an on-site role located in St.-Tropez.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and an understanding of high-end dining expectations
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
