Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an accurate and independent view of financial results, account closing balances, forecasts, and cash flow generation
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks and opportunities
- Lead accounting processes while ensuring compliance with local and group accounting principles
- Review and sign off consolidated financial reports for forecasting
- Prepare management reporting packages for financial teams and operational leaders
- Oversee disclosure packages for auditors
- Manage projects, work independently, and coach junior professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong expertise in financial control and reporting.
- Experience managing financial processes with limited supervision.
- Ability to mentor and review the work of junior professionals.
- A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in French and English, and good communication skills.
