Work in a traditional French family hotel for the winter season in the resort of Les Gets .
You will be required to have worked in a professional kitchen in the role of Chef de Partie or Commis for a min period of 6 months .
Training will be given and it would be hoped that in addition to Food Preparation the successful applicant would help in the preparation of starters mains and desserts.
A keen interest in cooking is essential and ideally individuals will have also had some baking experience.
A clean and tidy approach to ones work is expected with due regard for health and hygiene at all times .
An interest in skiing or a wish to learn a new sport is essential
