Team :
The intern will join a team of around 15 people specialized in the activities related to secured funding products (Securities Lending, Repurchase agreements, & synthetic financing products) across different business processes (trading, inventory management, margining, and operations) and will be coached by a senior consultant in this team.
Mission :
The intern will make a market analysis around the impacts of Basel 3 regulatory framework – that is requesting banks to be compliant with different liquidation ratios (LCR, NSFR,…) – on the securities finance (repo and lending) desks in term of trading decisions (accepted collateral based on HQLA levels in securities finance trades) and balance sheet management.
The intern will work jointly with the different teams and stakeholders in the most efficient with two mains objectives:

Provide the team with a high-level presentation of the needs and constraints imposed by the regulations.

Provide guidelines and recommendations in terms of how the product should evolve in terms of packaging and new features, to better cope with these needs and constraints.
Profile :
Degree:Master 1-2 Finance, engineering school

motivated to learn software engineering and at least basic knowledge in financial products
«Nice to have » skills:
Good Knowledge in capital markets.
