Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives and provide strategic partnership across the Europe and North America region. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years specializing in Western markets (EU/US/Canada), demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with regional labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership

– Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.

– Align HR programs with regional business objectives and global HR frameworks.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

– Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, predominantly in sales, operations, marketing and R&D going forward

– Enhance employer branding through regional partnerships and local market strategies.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

– Drive engagement initiatives and foster inclusive workplace cultures across multicultural teams.

– Manage employee communication during organizational changes (M&A, restructuring).

– Resolve complex ER issues (disciplinary actions, grievances, restructures) in compliance with EU/US labor regulations.

4. Performance & Development**

– Implement performance management systems tailored to regional practices.

– Partner with managers on succession planning and leadership development.

– Analyze HR metrics (attrition, productivity) to recommend data-driven solutions.

5. Compliance & Risk Management**

– Ensure adherence to regional employment laws (e.g., EU Working Time Directive, US FLSA/ADA, GDPR).

– Conduct compliance audits and deliver training on labor law updates.

– Manage employment contracts, visa processes, and cross-border workforce issues.

6. Administration

Qualifications:

– Education:Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s/MHRM preferred.

– Experience:

– 8+ years in HR roles with at least 3+ years in Europe/North America regional HRBP positions.

– Proven track record in scaling operations across multiple countries.

– Technical Skills:

– Deep knowledge of regional regulations: US NLRB/EEOC, EU Collective Bargaining, UK Employment Rights Act, etc.

– Soft Skills:

– Exceptional cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management.

– Crisis management and conflict resolution capabilities.

– Fluency in English; additional European languages (French/German/Spanish) preferred.
