Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to find a Data Engineer who can drive real-time data, IoT, and streaming analytics in one of the most advanced manufacturing environments in the world.
Based in Lyon – 3 days on-site, 2 remote.

What you’ll be working on:
- Building and optimising streaming data pipelines for real-time IoT and time series data
- Developing scalable solutions using Snowflake, DBT, and vector databases
- Architecting high-performance data workflows for advanced analytics and machine learning
- Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to unlock new manufacturing insights
- Enforcing data quality, governance, and security in a highly regulated environment

🎯 What You Need to Bring:
- Strong data engineering experience , with a deep understanding of data architecture, processing, and optimisation.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL , with hands-on experience in building and managing data pipelines.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions that support real-time analytics and complex data workflows.
- Experience with streaming data, time series processing, or vector databases , enabling efficient data ingestion and analysis in real-time environments.
✨ Nice to Have:
- Manufacturing industry experience (pharma not required – automotive, chemicals, or IoT-heavy industries are a good fit).
- Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or cloud platforms (AWS preferred) – experience with any of these technologies is a plus.
