Zschimmer & Schwarz Interpolymer is currently seeking a strong, motivated, and talented individual with the appropriate regulatory and technical experience to be part of the regulatory team. The purpose of the position is to support business compliance with regulatory authorities in Europe, UK, US, and Asia while also ensuring that the data pack of projects are up to date to comply with local requirements for our polymers products.

 

Your tasks:

  • Issue written statements on company‘s position regarding chemical safety and regulatory demands
  • Compile, manage and supervise safety data sheets
  • Document registration of compositions on national inventories
  • Coordinate registration of new substances with local partners
  • Report new legislation to management team
  • Ensure raw materials are selected according to regulatory demands with up-to-date documentation
  • Provide support to technical and commercial teams on each Z&S site
  • Provide necessary training to colleagues

 

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree or higher in chemistry studies
  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of polymers
  • Competent technical and scientific skills
  • Good communications skills, including an ability to succinctly summarise to audiences of varying technical capabilities
  • Self-motivated and organised; capable of effectively managing and prioritising a busy personal workload
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Fluent English and French, German is a plus
  • Encourages team spirit and promotes knowledge sharing
