Currently undergoing a major transformation, we offer a complete range of solutions for the digitalization of business processes: electronic signature platform, customer onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) but also PKI (Public Key Infrastructures) solutions. In a context where remote work is becoming more and more popular and the limitation of travel is a necessity for everyone, we seek to offer solutions that allow companies to transform their organizations.
In this context, we are looking to strengthen our finance team by recruiting an IT Production Manager.
Role description
This is a full-time role for an IT Production Manager based in Paris, with flexibility for some remote work. See below the main missions:
OC: monitoring and management of IT operations
- Ensure the Operational Continuity (OC) of the IT production system (infrastructure + applications): availability and performance for internal users (employees) and external users (customers).
- Plan and supervise maintenance operations (during working hours or non-working hours).
Interface with outsourced Managed Services Provider (“infogérant”)
- On a day-to-day basis, coordinate technical operations carried out by the outsourced MSP, and interface with internal teams (Customer Care, Engineering, Security).
- Act as the outsourced MSP’s main point of contact, including during non-working hours (on-call).
- Contribute to the knowledge transfer and foster skills of the outsourced MSP’s teams.
Incident and problem management
- Like an Incident Manager, coordinate internal and external teams to ensure optimum handling of incidents (during working hours or non-working hours).
- In particular: tactical management and prioritization, good use of technical instructions, internal and external communication (outsourced MSP and customers).
- Suggest changes to avoid recurring problems.
Technical project management
- Manage/supervise infrastructure development projects (supervision, administration, reliability, patching, backup, cloud migration, etc.).
- Ensure a smooth transition between projects and day-to-day operations.
Architecture and Performance
- Define and implement configuration management standards.
- Provide recommendations on non-functional requirements, system and application design, and related supervision.
- Analyze impacts on system performance, resilience and maintainability of the IT production system, and suggest improvements.
- Identify and prepare changes (Go-Lives): supervise integration, verification and validation of operations.
Security and compliance
- Guarantee both the security and safety of the IT production system and related data.
- Ensure compliance with demanding regulations (ISO27001, eIDAS, RGPD…), in collaboration with Security teams.
Optimization of processes and tools
- Improve operating, incident management, crisis management and change management processes.
- Suggest ways of improving related tools.
Reporting and performance monitoring
- In collaboration with the outsourced MSP, provide reports on system status and incidents.
- Provide key indicators to support strategic decisions.
