Taylor Hopkinson are currently working with our industry-leading client who are searching for an international HR Business Partner to join the team who are based in Rennes.
The role will focus on driving HR strategy throughout multiple locations in France and internationally, leading integrations and acquisitions and supporting international growth.
Applicants must be able to travel to Rennes when required.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, talent management and acquisition, and workforce planning internationally
- Ensuring compliance with local French labor laws and regulations
- Act as strategic partner to senior leadership and business units
- Ensure HR initiatives and policies align with the companies objectives
- Manage employee relation issues, grievances and disputes
- Working closely with management to ensure workforce remains motivated and compliant in line with company goals.
- Working closely to build strong relationships with international HR teams and managers
Requirements
- Proven tenure and international experience as a HR Business Partner
- Experience with blue-collar workforces
- Experienced with mergers and acquisitions along with company integrations
- Up to date knowledge of French labor laws and HR Regulations
- Experienced with Change Management
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
- HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD preferred
