Job Responsibilities:

1. Be the go-to expert for our European distributors and after-sales service centers, ensuring seamless technical support and outstanding customer satisfaction.

2. Develop and deliver structured technical training programs to strengthen service partners’ troubleshooting capabilities and product knowledge.

3. Maintain continuous engagement with customers, proactively identifying potential technical challenges and providing strategic solutions beyond immediate fixes.

4. Drive the implementation and enforcement of overseas after-sales policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency in service operations.

5. Analyze service data trends to identify recurring issues, advocate for product improvements, and optimize technical support processes.

6. Take ownership of major overseas technical escalations, leading cross-functional efforts to resolve critical issues with minimal downtime.

7. Commit to approximately three months of international travel annually, providing on-site technical expertise and strengthening customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation) with hands-on technical expertise.

2. Minimum three years of experience in robotics, smart equipment, or related industries; experience in overseas technical support or service preferred.

3. Strong proficiency in French (mandatory) as a working language; additional fluency in English is highly advantageous.

4. Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently under high-pressure scenarios while managing multiple stakeholders.

5. Previous overseas work or study experience preferred, with the adaptability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.

6. Must possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate the ability to perform on-site customer support tasks autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the lawn mower or smart home appliance industry.

Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and cloud-based service platforms.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or customer support frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
