Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead to join their team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing infrastructure service delivery, ensuring optimal performance, and fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and vendors. You will lead the execution of infrastructure plans while ensuring risk management and control, all while contributing to a growing, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Service Delivery & Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage service delivery processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Project Delivery : Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery, leading the execution of delivery plans for infrastructure projects.
Service Performance : Monitor and ensure that infrastructure services meet agreed-upon performance targets.
Risk Management : Manage risks related to infrastructure service operations and ensure compliance with established control frameworks.
Vendor Management : Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and evaluation processes, ensuring that all vendor agreements are current and aligned with company goals.
Reporting : Produce and monitor regular reports for stakeholders, including ad-hoc reports and incident-related regulator reports.
Travel : Availability to travel for short periods as required.
Requirements :
Experience : At least 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure service delivery and management, with a solid background in infrastructure projects and services.
Skills :
Strong service delivery and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in managing risk and controlling infrastructure services
Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure contracts are up-to-date and aligned with business needs
Experience producing reports and working with regulatory incident management
Languages : English (C1 level), French (C1 level is a plus, but not mandatory)
Other : Willingness to travel for short periods when required
