We are hiring a COO position – Head of a Road Transport Business Unit for a leading European Transport Company (3PL), wi th a strong presence in France and internationally.

Direct Reports to the President of the Group
You will be responsible for leading the international business unit, including multiple sites and countries.
You will also be responsible for developing and growing the European subsidiaries, managing all activities in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead the international business unit, including multiple sites and countries
- Develop and grow the European subsidiaries
- Manage all activities in Europe, including P&L, budget, strategy, and operations
Profil
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role (P&L)
- Strong entrepreneurial skills
- Excellent strategic and operational skills
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry
