About the job

In order to support Scaleway's ambitious international growth strategy, the Marketing team is recruiting a Data Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team, eliminate friction from the buyer journey and uncover buyer insights to increase the average spendings of customers.

As a Data Analyst, you will be accountable for analyzing our data and creating rockstar visualization. As a member of the Marketing department, you will directly contribute to the growth of our self-serve revenue and sales pipeline, and you will be specifically accountable for optimizing our Buyer Journey, including but not limited to: time to activate, campaigns, and qualified pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll contribute to the team's mission of Reducing friction in our buyer journey.

Scaleway counts on you to ramp up quickly by giving more visibility on Marketing initiatives specifically for Product, Marketing & Sales departments. In the future, we'll look to you to evolve our understanding of our buyer journey in order to inform and even change our go-to-market & global expansion strategy.

Minimum qualifications

Crushing Data Visualization using Tableau Software

Mastering SQL

Experience with tools like Airflow / Git

Previous experience working in a Software-as-a-Service environment, ideally a cloud hosting provider

You are comfortable with technically-differentiated products, terminology & industry players

Responsibilities motivate you, especially in terms of self-serve revenue and/or sales pipeline growth

Responsibilities

Take over existing Tableau Dashboards leveraged by Revenue teams, improving them as needed

Create new visualizations based on our current tool stack such as integrating Salesforce data into Tableau to help us understand the monthly evolution of the self-serve & sales-led buyer journeys

Report on key metrics, participate in weekly business reviews, answer short-term needs from stakeholders

We're excited to have a full picture of our acquisition initiatives to be able to master our investments, understand our customer profiles/habits to customize our actions, and build the best strategies when going for another market

Collaborate with the other teams of the Marketing Department. Work on ad hoc request from Sales Department

Set & maintain ambitious OKRs in direct connection between your work's impact and the company's growth strategy

Challenge yourself to grow into the role that Scaleway will need you to play tomorrow by pursuing continuous professional development

This position can be either: 

– Based in our office in Lille (France), partial remote is possible 

We offer three days of remote work and two days on-site.
