Main Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of advanced AI Algorithms that will be used for Drug Discovery projects.
- Implementing Machine Learning & Deep Learning techniques to enhance peptide / protein modeling and the Drug Discovery process.
- Work closely with colleagues in different teams such as Chemistry, Biology and Data Science to drive projects forward.
- Play a key role in the development of the AI Driven Drug Discovery platform.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML and incorporate emerging technologies into workflows.
- Participate in the publication of research findings, reporting to co-development partners and present at scientific conferences.
Your Profile
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning of related field.
- Strong coding skills in Python.
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks i.e. Pytorch or Tensorflow.
- Practicable knowledge of Data analysis and Statistical Methods.
- Familiarity with drug design principles and Computational Chemistry packages are advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
