Our Product Owner (Proxy Product Owner) at Tata Technologies will be responsible to represent the customer and stakeholders in the development process of a product or service. Your expertise in requirements management tools, design thinking, and Lean-6Sigma certification would be valuable assets in this role.
You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the team is delivering value to the customer, and communicating progress and changes to stakeholders for our Aerospace customer.
Area of Responsibility
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and prioritize product requirements and user stories.
- Providing technical expertise in Airbus ME Domain to support engineering design activities.
- Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) fundamentals to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Managing the product backlog using Agile tools such as Jira, VersionOne, and Confluence.
- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps to support business objectives.
- Conducting user research and analysis to identify user needs and preferences.
- Developing and implementing design thinking strategies to ensure that products meet user needs and expectations.
- Providing technical expertise in Lean-6Sigma to ensure efficient and effective product development processes.
- Developing and implementing requirements management strategies to ensure that product requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
- Providing technical expertise in Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development processes.
- Leading technical projects related to product development, ensuring they are completed within budget, timeline, and scope.
- Providing leadership and guidance to technical teams to ensure they are motivated and working effectively towards project goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technical experts, to ensure project success.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure that product development processes meet quality standards.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies related to product development.
Knowledge / Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven Experience in aerospace project management, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, regulations, safety and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable, but not essential.
