We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ‘Technical Recruiter’ to join our team.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for:
- End to end full recruitment life cycle : – requirement gathering / validation, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, onboarding.
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders: Work closely with business / hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of each role and initiate the search accordingly.
- Candidate Sourcing, Screening and Assessment: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and hire qualified candidates for roles. Coordinate and conduct thorough screenings to assess the skills needed to succeed in open positions.
- Utilize & update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting software to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Work Cross-functionally: Compliance, HR Support, Onboarding other teams throughout the hiring process.
- Attention to Detail and Data-driven: Use data to inform leaders about market insights, influence decision-making, and help shape and drive recruitment strategy.
- Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talents. Develop diverse talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring plans.
Qualifications Required:
- 5-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience. Proven experience hiring a variety of roles in the Digital / Application and Development skills ( IT PM, BA, Salesforce, SAP / ERP, Oracle, Workday, DOT NET, JAVA, Testing, Data / ML, DevOps etc would be a plus.
- Hands on experience in sourcing candidate though LinkedIn, job board, networking etc.
- Should be able to manage high volume demands effectively.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
