We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management OR Order Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and implementing ServiceNow modules to enhance our strategic portfolio OR order management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Strategic Portfolio Management OR Order Management modules.
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of ServiceNow modules.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve our processes.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management OR Order Management modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
