Your Responsibilities:

  • You build and nurture strong relationships with Art Basel partners, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success
  • You drive revenue growth through strategic planning, creative monetization strategies, and collaborative work with local and global teams
  • You develop and enhance partner benefits, both at the shows and across digital platforms
  • You lead partner projects from concept to execution, ensuring smooth delivery of activations, logistics, and on-site operations
  • You oversee contracts, benefit fulfillment, financial control, post-show reporting and debriefs
  • You act as a key advisor to partners, offering expertise on show processes, local markets, and opportunities
  • Collaterals management (print, digital and onsite signage) where related to partners
  • You manage the operational tasks related to partner activations onsite, like regulations, logistics, buildout, permitting, etc.
  • You collaborate with multiple internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across Marketing, PR, VIP Relations, and more
  • Your ensures continuity and consistency of services for global partners and overall partner satisfaction
  • You mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

Your profile:

  • Your bring a Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Marketing/Communications or related field
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • At least 8 years' experience in Account Management, Sales, fundraising, marketing and/or partnerships, preferably within the arts or a relevant industry
  • Proven success in project or event management, with the experience working in a global environment
  • You have a strong understanding of the European market, particularly France
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Asana, CRM systems, and social media platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset
  • A deep passion for visual arts, coupled with a collaborative, can do attitude and optimistic approach
  • Willingness to travel periodically, work overtime, and adapt to diverse challenges
