We are looking for a Technical Support Lead to join our team and drive a key IT project in Vesoul, France. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in technical support operations and effective bilingual communication (French and English) to ensure seamless collaboration with international stakeholders.

This initiative is part of a strategic drive within the automotive sector to optimize plant operations through innovative ICT solutions. The project aims to modernize IT infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and foster closer collaboration between domestic and international teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that technology supports and drives our overall business objectives.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and technical support for IT operations.
- Oversee and mentor a team of technical professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s ICT infrastructure for efficiency, security, and reliability.
- Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, aligning them with overall business objectives.
- Organize and lead meetings and working groups in English, effectively engaging with international stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for technological and operational enhancements.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Over 5 years in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), with a strong background in technical support.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing technical teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (minimum level B2), with the ability to lead discussions and meetings in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
