KNSA Hospitality currently operates, through lease agreements, 25 properties in Europe (Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy & Denmark) under 25hours, Mama Shelter, Jo&Joe, Hoxton & Tribe brands. With new properties in the pipeline due to open in Zürich, Trieste, Budapest, Chessy Val d’Europe & Rotterdam over the next four years, the company is aiming to expand its wings all over Europe and is always on the lookout for new projects.

About the Role – For a portfolio of 8 hotel assets in France, the Asset Manager will ensure optimal management of acquisitions and restructuring operations, portfolio optimization, lease management, and coordination of various construction and renovation projects. The Asset Manager will report to KNSA Hospitality Head of Asset & Project Management.
Responsibilities :
Real Estate Operations & Asset Management
- Define and implement strategies to optimize asset management and real estate operations.
- Monitor and analyze asset performance to identify opportunities for improvement and restructuring.
- Deploy value enhancement strategies, including renovations, repositioning, and usage optimization.
CapEx Management & Restructuring
- Develop and oversee investment budgets and plans.
- Prioritize investments to maximize profitability, sustainability, and proper asset maintenance.
- Supervise restructuring and space optimization projects to align with the company’s strategic needs, in close collaboration with the project management team.
Lease Management & Landlord Relations
- Act as the key reference for all lease agreements, including terms, conditions, and rent calculations.
- Negotiate and optimize lease conditions to maximize profitability whenever possible.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and ensure efficient communication.
- Lead condominium meetings and fulfill all legal obligations related to multi-owner lease management (French assets).
Construction & Renovation Project Coordination
- Collaborate with construction companies for renovations, refurbishments, and new developments.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor timelines, permit acquisition, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on asset performance, including financial and operational analyses.
- Track key performance indicators (revenue, costs, profitability, occupancy, and asset value).
- Provide strategic recommendations and updates to senior management and investors.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding asset management and strategy.
Qualifications – degree in Real Estate, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Skills
- Proven experience in asset management, real estate investment, or real estate operations.
- Strong expertise in lease management, restructuring, and asset value enhancement.
- Solid financial skills with expertise in CapEx planning.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and real estate regulations.
- Experience in financial and operational reporting.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills .
