We are now looking for a Programme Manager, FIFA Connect that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.
These are your key tasks:
• Act as the first point of contact for 211 Member Associations and 6 confederations with regards to digital football management solutions and processes
• Provide need-based support to Member Associations in their digital transformation journey, with a focus on football management solutions
• Enhance the Member Associations' capacity and capability in the area of the digital registration of football stakeholders
• Lead the FIFA Connect Programme (i.e. FIFA Connect Platform, FIFA Connect Competition Management System and FIFA Connect ID Service, project management, budget, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate product backlog(s) as well as further product development, data standard development and support to Member Associations with regard to the FIFA Connect Programme

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
• Program and project management
• Product Management
• Software development
• Strategic thinking and leadership experience
• ExperienceBachelor degree or similar higher education in Informatics or Information Management
• At least 3 years in Digital Product Management
• At least 2 years in leading geographically distributed teams
• Experience working with a sports federation or league is an advantageFluent in English and at least one additional FIFA language (F/ ES/ GER)
in running workshops & presentations
• English and at least 1 additional language: Spanish, French, German,
• Other languages, in particular: Russian, Arabic, Portuguese are a plus
• Knowledge in digital identity solutions
