Digital Workplace Manager

I am currently assisting a leading company in their field in the Search for a Digital Workplace Manager to help the Business excel in their Digital Workplace Practice and initiatives.

This role has come about as the current Digital Workplace Manager has left the company and they are without their New Digital Workplace leader to drive their team forward

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals and engineers to design, deploy, and monitor Digital Workplace Solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, features, and requirements for security solutions.
  • Spearhead the implementation of robust policies, compliance frameworks, and threat detection mechanisms across cloud and Digital workplace environments, including edge protection.
  • Create comprehensive technical and process documentation for configurations, policies, and incident response procedures. Provide training to internal teams on usage and best practices.
  • Oversee the Development and implementation of policies and procedures to comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the assignment and management of user equipment, including workstations (Windows PCs, Apple macOS).
  • Manage mobile devices for business use in stores or collaborative mobility (Apple iOS, Android, etc.).
  • Manage infrastructure services dedicated to Microsoft-oriented uses (Azure, M365, O365) and unified communications.
  • Oversee infrastructure services dedicated to identity management (AD, ADFS, Sailpoint, etc.).
  • Implement and manage the workstation engineering strategy, including migrations.
  • Manage projects such as workstation migration, ITSM migration from Jira to Matrix 42, and Office 365 migration.
  • Implement, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of ITIL best practices.
  • Manage and monitor the budget for digital workplace initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital workplace management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft-oriented infrastructure services and identity management.
  • Experience with project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and budget management.
