About the Role:

We are seeking an HR leader with a strong background in consulting, passionate about Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Employee Engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape global HR strategy at a leading multinational in the insurance industry while serving as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement a global Learning & Development strategy, ensuring alignment across multiple regions.

Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.

Drive employee engagement, shaping an exceptional workplace experience across 30+ countries.

Partner closely with the CHRO, acting as Chief of Staff to integrate L&D, DEI, and Engagement into the overall business strategy.

Champion HR innovation, leveraging technology to enhance learning and people development.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Mandatory: 3+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.

5+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.

Strong expertise in L&D, DEI, and Employee Engagement within global organizations.

Proven business acumen, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Experience working in a multinational environment with cross-cultural collaboration.

Fluency in English (French or other languages a plus).
