Your Role :
As an International HR Coordinator , you will play a key role in managing HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting employees and managers in various HR-related matters. You will also be responsible for overseeing employee representative bodies and contributing to HR digitalization efforts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration & Compliance : Manage daily HR operations across multiple countries (France, Germany, UK, Spain, etc.), ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Relations & CSE Management : Oversee and animate employee representative bodies, including two CSEs in France and an equivalent structure in Belgium.
- HRIS & Digital Transformation : Participate in the management and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring efficient processes and contributing to digital HR initiatives.
- Support to Employees & Managers : Provide guidance and support on HR matters, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring best HR practices.
Your Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar HR role with an international scope.
- Demonstrated experience as a key partner to the business supporting growth and change management
- Strong knowledge of French labor law and experience working with employee representative bodies (CSE, etc.).
- Interest in HRIS and digital HR tools , with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Fluent in English & French (written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
