As part of the development of our agency in France, we are looking for our future Associate Medical Copywriter .
Associate Medical Copywriters assume responsibility for understanding the scientific and clinical aspects of their assigned businesses and serve as a key resource for the creation of scientifically robust materials. They will represent the scientific perspective through research, development of summaries and presentations, and ensure scientific and clinical relevance. They must acquire a good understanding of key regulatory requirements and IPG Health departmental procedures. Associate Medical Copywriter report to a senior medical copywriter or above and assists that person on larger, more complex projects.
Responsibilities :
Knowledge/Expertise
- Able to conduct basic bibliographic research
- Understand regulatory principles of health communication (basic principles, environmental communication, product communication, presentation of a study, etc.)
- Is used to proofreading missions, correction of documents for exchange with the lab and studio
- Know the structure of a selection of documents that can be created by the agency (EADS, poso sheets, SK, print, digital, etc.) and initial approach to omnichannel strategies.
- Understand the different missions of the agency versus client demands, and write documents under supervision
- Ensure project follow-up of his projects (few projects)
- Mastery of the French language, syntax, punctuation and spelling.

- Follow the strategy defined for the brand and his environment
- Respects the common thread for each brand
Client Relationships
- Participate in client meetings and be an actor of the meetings
- Knowing/being able to present your slides to the client (having a clear, dynamic, warm and intelligible presentation)
Business Development
- Carrying out and presenting a part of the medical analysis in reco, in collaboration with the manager.
Profile :
- You have a Master minimum, Pharmacist's diploma, Doctorate in Medicine / Pharmacy / Sciences or Higher Scientific Diploma
- You are fluent in English,
- You are organized and rigorous,
- You have a strong team spirit
