Key Responsibilities:
– Manage payroll of 1 legal entity (approximately 160 pay slips)
– Manage HR operations:
Employment contracts, amendment
Onboarding activities
Administrative activities of the employee life cycle
Employee relationship / support
– Offboarding activities
– Coordinate international payroll (40 pay slips managed by third parties)
– Manage reporting and KPI
– Ensure HRIS accuracy
– Contribute to improve operational excellence
You are a key player of the team to serve our aim to create a great candidate and employee experience
Competencies:
– Bachelor’s degree, 3 years’ experience in HR operations and payroll
– Written and spoken English
– Pack Office
– Bac+2
– Knowledge of French payroll legislation and software
– Curious, meticulous, able to manage priority, team player
– Sense of confidentiality
