About the role
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Mid-Market & Small Business Sales team. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team that can consistently exceed sales goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will help us grow our business.
What you will do:
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals responsible for acquiring and onboarding new restaurant and retail partners in France.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Analyze data and sales results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with local stakeholders and global teams to improve commercial performance, sales productivity, and efficiency.
- Identifies and resolves sales challenges.
- Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales management
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing a team
- Deep knowledge of sales strategies, growth hacking, business data, and processes
- High energy and motivational leadership skills
- Skills for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and implementing tactics and process improvements
- Understanding of CRM fundamentals and experience with Salesforce.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business acumen through analytical thinking to assess process performance and financial viability
- Fluency in both French and English are a must
