Sales Support Specialist

At CSI Leasing France we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Paris and perform the typical tasks of the position.
The role of Vendor Sales Support will operate exclusively within the CSI vendor finance program of one of the world’s largest PC manufacturers. The primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in achieving their goals and ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. The role will work closely with the sales team, supporting the development of tailored financial and lifecycle solutions to aid the vendor’s own sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with tasks such as preparing proposals, creating sales reports and managing customer data in the customer relationship management system (salesforce.com)
- Develop relationships with vendor support teams building trust and working on a collaborative basis.
- Coordinating and facilitating communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, credit, finance, and contract admin.
- Supporting the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies, such as identifying new business opportunities or tracking sales performance against goals.
- Providing sales training and support to new sales team members or assisting with sales training initiatives.
- Maintaining sales collateral and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product descriptions.
- Provide customer service support by answering customer inquiries and resolving customer issues or queries.
- Build relationships with internal teams to ensure successful execution of transactions and a high level of in-life customer service.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and results and keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Comfortable working with numbers, the role will help the sales team price and develop effective FMV solutions.
Requirements:
- English: Business, advanced.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in financial services environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of asset finance solutions specifically FMV leasing.
- Committed to personal development with a keen desire to learn
- Perseverance and persistence.
- Proficiency in CRM or other sales management software.
