Job Description
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Initiate and oversee the project change management process.
• Lead end-to-end IT service management (ITSM) processes in strict adherence to ITIL v4 frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards
• Lead the transition to operations of new systems, upgrades, or evolutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate technical feasibility and operational readiness, ensuring seamless handover without service degradation in alignment with project requirements and ITIL best practices.
• Evaluate all system change requests for technical, operational, and security implications while prioritizing minimal business disruption
• Direct the resolution of critical production incidents by coordinating with L1/L2 support teams, developers, and infrastructure specialists to enforce SLAs and restore services
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Leverage technical expertise to guide project teams and make informed decisions on technical matters.
• Collaborate closely with architecture and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of project requirements.
• Develop release plans and schedules, coordinating release activities with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to achieve project objectives.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to support ongoing maintenance and support.
• Maintain overall responsibility for the execution of the contracts.
• Manage the design, development and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components, as per user-defined requirements.
• Ensure that the security policies, ITSM processes, and ITIL practices are aligned with client processes and followed by the project team.
Requirements
• University degree in a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT projects specializing in servicemanagement
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Project Management of complex technical projects, including software construction and system integration
• Proficiency in technical project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or DevSecOps
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or related technical fields
• Extensive experience in ITSM processes and practical application of ITIL framework in project management
• Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PM2, PRINCE2)
• Experience in working with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML/CSS, JSON, XML)
• Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of software development processes and technologies
• ITIL v3 or V4 certification is a must
• Cloud system knowledge (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Proven track record in managing the transitions of mission-critical into operations
• Experience with Datawarehouse and AI and data analytics project implementation is a plus
• Fluency in English, French language knowledge is an advantage
