We are seeking a Labor Relations Coordinator for a 12-month interim contract , to support us in France, through an agency placement. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Labor Relations Manager France with a view to participating in labor relations within the UES in France, implementing social policy and ensuring compliance with Labor legislation.
Main Responsibilities (Note: All responsibilities will be conducted in English) :
– Prepare and manage CSE and committee meetings (CSSCT, other committees, working groups): gather information, prepare documents and agendas, take notes, track action items, and manage meeting minutes.
– Support CST expertise and assist in managing collective negotiations (professional equality, workforce planning).
– Update and maintain the BDESE database, including report generation.
– Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and conduct occasional legal research.
– Participate in the administration of social relations: manage delegation hours, union training, postings, and statutory reporting to authorities.
– Contribute to social communication and translate key social relations topics.
Candidate Profile :
– University degree in Labor Law or Human Resources, specializing in Social Relations; prior internship or apprenticeship experience is a plus.
– Strong knowledge of labor legislation and proficiency with office software.
– Excellent writing skills, meticulous file management, and respect for confidentiality.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is crucial .
