We are looking for an International Recruitment Officer (M/F) to join our team and lead the recruitment of talent on a global scale. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates for our international projects using innovative sourcing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
· Identify and directly approach international talent through professional social networks and other recruitment channels.
· Develop relationships with universities and educational institutions abroad to strengthen our talent pool.
· Work closely with HR managers across our international group to coordinate recruitment needs and streamline processes.
· Write and publish attractive job offers aligned with international market expectations.
· Conduct interviews in English and assess candidates' skills based on project needs.
· Contribute to employer branding strategies to attract top talent worldwide.
· Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
· Analyze global employment market trends and suggest continuous improvements to the recruitment process.
Profil
Required Profile:
· Significant experience in recruitment, ideally in an international context.
· Mastery of direct sourcing and recruitment techniques.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multicultural stakeholders.
· Experience in collaborating with higher education institutions and academic organizations abroad.
· Ability to work collaboratively with international HR teams.
· Strong analytical skills, organization, and autonomy in managing recruitments.
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in another language would be an asset.
