As Technical Production Manager, you'll be at the heart of this operation, ensuring content flows seamlessly from camera to screen. Imagine: A team captures an exclusive interview with a star at the team hotel. Within minutes, this footage needs to be available to broadcasters worldwide. You'll be the person making this magic happen, implementing systems that enable:
- Instant transfer of ENG camera footage to our central servers
- Real-time access for editors working remotely worldwide
- Automatic metadata tagging for quick content discovery
- Quality control processes, maintaining our high broadcast standards
- Coordination between on-site teams and remote production centers
Your Mission: Technical Excellence and Creative Vision
As Technical Production Manager, you'll ensure content flows seamlessly from camera to screen worldwide. Imagine an exclusive interview captured at a team hotel—within minutes, you'll make this footage available to broadcasters globally through systems you've implemented and workflows you've designed.
🤝 Your Responsibilities
- Content Production : Lead content production evolution – Design and implement cutting-edge post-production workflows, embracing remote operations and pushing the boundaries of traditional broadcasting
- Post-Production / Media Server Infrastructure Management: Design and optimize media server architectures for global content distribution, Implement and manage remote access solutions for global production teams, Ensure seamless integration between on-site and cloud media servers
- ENG Innovation : Lead the development of cutting-edge Electronic News Gathering (ENG) workflows, ensuring smooth content delivery across all platforms
- Bridge Technical and Creative Worlds: Act as the crucial link between Production, Engineering, and Digital teams, translating technical requirements into practical solutions
- Quality Assurance Leadership : Oversee media asset quality control, ensuring all content meets technical specifications and editorial standards
- Operational Excellence : Manage IBC Production Center non-live operations, coordinating with technical teams and participating in key management meetings
- Knowledge Transfer : Develop and present operational guidelines to event staff, ensuring consistent quality across all productions

The ideal candidate will be a production professional with a strong technical orientation possessing:
- Proven experience in production and project management, particularly in sports broadcasting
- In-depth knowledge of Media Asset Management and post-production workflows
- Knowledge of delivery standards for major international broadcasters
- Expertise in ENG workflows and remote production concepts
- Strong technical knowledge of post-production processes, including chromakey content editing
- Experience in storage system migration and optimization
