🚀 Your next challenge
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior management for global functions (transversal functions in this case).
- Collaborate with global competence centers to develop and deliver HR programs, share best practices.
- Implement Pluxee HR programs and best practices to support local business goals.
- Provide guidance and support on complex HR issues, including employee relations and performance management.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and performance using the company CHRIS
- Ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Ensure ethics & compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Lead or represent the HR function in company projects.
- Represents the organization in a variety of industry and professional forums to promote the value of the company brand.
- Contribute to the establishment of development and succession plans for all positions
- Participate in the roll-out plan for the operational model of your business lines through the recruitment of new employees.
🌟 You’re a match
- 7+ years of experience in HR business partnering with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent preferred. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Workday.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long term relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ability to drive and boost change management processes within the organization.
- Experienced in performance management, employment and regulatory complience and HR Strategy.
- Flexible and resilient personality, who can work in a fast-paced environment in a fast changing and growing organization.
