As part of Geopost’s Human Resources strategic plan “Employer of Choice” and the cross-functional action plans related to the annual Employee Engagement Barometer, the Talent Management Department develops and deploys its roadmap according to three priority areas:

  • Building a community of Leaders to support the Group’s strategy (sense of belonging, ambassadors of the Group’s values and strategy, governance rules, skills development…),
  • Identifying and supporting Talent pools (succession plans for key positions, Group development programs for executives and talents…),
  • Promoting internal career development (mobility, career management, skills development in future-oriented fields…).

M issions :

Within the team, the Talent Manager supports the development, management, and deployment of structuring processes and policies such as Talent Conversations, the Job Board, and reflections on internal mobility/career paths (2025), the Group’s Highline and Top Leaders programs, and the Talent HR community.

The creation of the position of “Talent Development Projects Manager” aims to support the Talent Management action upstream.

Within the Geopost Group Human Resources Department, reporting to the Talent Management Director, and in close collaboration with the General Management and the various Geopost subsidiaries, as well as the HR Department of the La Poste group, the Talent Development Projects Manager’s main responsibilities are:

1. Development of Key People :

Within the Talent team contributing to the deployment of the Top Leaders programs (for CEOs and key positions in the group) and Highline (for potentials) as well as the animation of the Leaders community:

  • Supporting the Talent Director and the Talent Manager in building individual development plans for key people and evolving group programs (Highline, Top Leaders) by identifying quality content (monitoring, benchmarks…).
  • Taking charge of the design and standardization of some collective “bricks” of the Top Leaders program, such as onboarding, mentoring, and “learning checks” for new executives within the subsidiaries, to help feeding the individual development plans.
  • Animating the dedicated channel on Geoworld (information, webinars, learnings, …) to bring together the leaders’ community around a common base of knowledge and behaviors, through the dissemination of:
  • Strategic inputs (content related to the Group’s strategy, its main competitors, etc.) to develop their global vision.
  • Webinars & Learning contents for the top management to highlight the leadership skills valued by Geopost.

2. Skills Development :

In collaboration with the BUs, contributing to the development of the basic building blocks for acquiring the essential skills for the Group’s success:

  • Conducting a “training” diagnosis of the existing (content, approaches, tools) with the subsidiaries, and identifying with the willing BUs the priorities to be deployed (content, targets, key skills…) in the form of pilots, capitalizing on recognized best practices within the subsidiaries.
  • Based on the diagnosis and impact analysis of the pilots, implementing an effective skills development strategy that meets Geopost’s global needs, in line with business priorities (Service Quality, International Sales, Safety Culture) and promotes the acquisition of key knowledge, with a focus on a population of leaders and managers (operational and support functions).
  • Supporting the “digital acceleration” project by identifying the levers and tools enabling the Group and its subsidiaries to reach the right level of maturity in terms of knowledge and know-how.
  • Developing KPIs to measure the impact of these trainings and monitor associated investments.
  • Identifying short- and medium-term optimization opportunities for the existing (e.g., deployment of a subsidiary’s business academy to other BUs).

Profile :

  • 10 years of professional experience in Talent Development and Learning
  • Experience in developing international Talent programs in demanding environments and designing and managing projects aimed at developing strategic sectors.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Initiative, ability to convince.
  • Rigor.
  • Fluent English, a second European language would be very appreciated (French, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Italian…).
