About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced, highly ambitious scale-up in the mobile advertising space. We are very ambitious, passionate about AdTech and about delivering the best mobile solutions to our partners and their customers, with the most powerful & unique targeting technology in the market. 

You will join the Paris team to be the lead for the Ad Ops team in France. You will be responsible for the implementation of all stages of online advertising campaigns, and you will work on a wide range of campaigns (CPC, CPV campaigns…)

As well, you will manage a team of 3 AdOps Managers, and work closely with other Ad Ops Directors, Sales, Client and Customer Success, Tech Support and Product Managers.

What you will be doing

  • Leading or managing a team of 3 AdOps Managers.
  • Programming, optimizing and monitoring managed and  programmatic campaigns on a daily basis to ensure a 100% delivery.
  • Creating and monitoring key KPIs.
  • Preparing performance reports and post campaigns analysis Identifying technical issues relating to campaign delivery and performance issues
  • Act as the key point of contact for campaigns and recommendations for the French market
  • You will be an adviser to internal clients, such as: Sales and Client Success teams, but also to our brands clients for specific issues.
  • Finally, you are responsible for the satisfaction of the customer's experience with Ogury
  • Work directly with your team and other cross functional teams within Ogury HQ 2 days per week.

About you

  • Prior or current managerial experience.
  • You are detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience within DSP’s such as DV360, as well as AdServers and trafficking. 
  • Strong knowledge of Third Party Tracking (IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat, Nielsen.)
  • Strong communication skills across multiple departments and customers.
  • Experience with Programmatic and Managed is a bonus. 
  • Fluent in both French and English (All global communication within AdOps is English.)
