We accelerate time to value with Agile at Scale, Cloud, and ITSM implementations and bridge the gap between applications and strategic practices such as SAFe® and ITIL.
Due to our growth, we are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant in a temporary contract (3 months, renewable) who will contribute to help our team.
Based in Toulouse, you will report to our Business Operations Manager Licensing and you will be in charge of our Licences sales administration for our international branches.
Things you'll be working on
– Check margins on licences sales.
– Prepare and send invoices to customers
Those tasks could change according to our needs and your motivation and capability.
What you need to be successful
You will be gratuated in Business Administration and you are looking for a 5/6 months internship
You must speak English fluently (oral & written) as you will regularly exchange with native English speakers (if you speak German, we are takers ).
You have some experiences on invoicing task.
Your rigor and your organization skills will be your best assets to fit this role.
You are enthusiastic, committed and you love teamwork.
