Corporate Partner Opportunity with Growing International Law Firm
Located in the heart of Paris, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate M&A Partner to join and add significant value to the Corporate department of this international law firm. Corporate partners with a significant client base and background in infrastructure or private equity transactions are invited to apply to join this firm as this will complement existing sectoral coverage.

It is a well-known firm which emanated from the United Kingdom where it is very well positioned and regarded by all of the top legal publications. It has a credible full-service offering presently and caters to the Advanced Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Health, Real Estate, Retail & Consumer, Tech, and Transport sectors. The firm’s clients include multinational corporations, mid-sized companies, financial institutions, private equity funds, family offices, start-ups, the public sector, and private individuals.
The Corporate team advise in national and international M&A transactions as well as in distressed M&A transactions, and in private equity and venture capital related activity. The team advise a broad spectrum of clients located all around the world from high-net-worth individuals, family offices and mid-cap companies to global multinational enterprises.

The Opportunity :
The firm needs to hire a Partner for their Corporate team to further cement their reputation in the corporate legal market in Paris. The hire is motivated both by previously mentioned growth ambitions and a desire to appoint a truly well-regarded player in the corporate/M&A industry, with experience of corporate transactions both inside and outside of France.
The Candidate :
You will:
- Be an existing partner at a well-regarded law firm with your own significant clientele and related business to bring;
- Registered to practice law under the Paris Bar;
- Have solid experience of corporate transactions in either the Private Equity or Infrastructure sectors;
- Be keen to play a leading role in the growth of the corporate practice of this firm.
