The Medical Science Liaison is responsible for providing scientific and medical information in response to requests from healthcare professionals, and for developing scientific partnerships aimed at optimizing patient care and expanding the product portfolio
 
SCIENTIFIC AND MEDICAL INFORMATION FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS 
~Sharing scientific and medical information (clinical and development data, publications, etc.) Drafting of scientific information materials.
~Answering scientific and medical questions, as required, on hospital medical committees responsible for the proper use of medicines.

 
MEDICAL STRATEGY AND PROJECTS MANAGEMENT
~Identify medical experts and institutional networks (healthcare decision-makers, public health organizations, etc.) in your field of expertise and qualify them in the CRM.
~Based on this mapping, propose a national action plan for presence among key opinion leaders (KOL management), and inform Sales and Marketing.
~Definition of strategic medical issues in line with corporate strategy
~Setting up non-promotional medical operations with expert healthcare professionals (symposia, staff meetings): contacting and recruiting doctors and external speakers and drawing up NIP contracts. Provide scientific data and references required by speakers.
~Setting up programs to optimize patient care (care networks, information programs, observatories, etc.).
~For all Business Development projects: validate medical relevance; Setting up and monitoring partnerships/scientific actions in line with the strategy established for referent accounts.
~Participation in medical congresses and sharing of information received.
~Management of invoices, bills of fees and follow-up of the medical budget with Finance

INTERNAL MEDICAL CONTRIBUTION
~Participation in skills development initiatives for the drug information and promotion network in its areas of expertise.
~in Veeva and scientific and medical assistance to all company departments.
~Medical contribution to signal and proper-use committees
~Preparation and validation of Aspen France’s internal medical training documents and initial and ongoing training of all new Aspen France employees.
~Pro Relations with healthcare professionals based on the exchange of validated, scientific, and non-promotional information.
~Compliance of data delivered to healthcare professionals: up-to-date data validated by science and participation in the fight against scientific fraud.
~Compliance with the principles of data completeness and transparency: communication of all known and relevant data, whether positive or negative
~Critical analysis of data, study design, methodologies, analysis and/or presentation of results
~Is responsible for drawing up and signing contracts with healthcare professionals and other necessary partners.
~Participate in setting up and monitoring studies carried out by the laboratory, in support of head office teams.
~Honours Degree Life sciences / (BSc in Chemistry/ Biology, etc.) or pharmacy degree Master’s Degree Preferable – Master 2 Sciences + anaesthesia-intensive care expertise (would be a plus) Doctorate Degree/ Multiple Masters Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Medicine
