The role consists in directing, controlling and delivering a
project to the satisfaction of both the company and the client,
as well as monitoring the entire business relationship with a
given client.
The Project Manager may be required to manage teams.
The position is based in Saint-Ismier, close to Grenoble.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
In the context of your mission, you will be responsible for :
- Supporting the Company's Business Development Managers,
ensure the development of the customer file, in particular
through regular monitoring of all recurring or potential
customers in his/her area of activity or expertise. - Ensure that all legal and societal security requirements
are followed. - Ensure that Exyte procedures are followed and that all
relevant information is communicated to all personnel involved
in the project(s). - Develop good relationships with the client or potential
clients, including chairing project meetings with the client,
and report on the progress of the Project. - Ensure the development of the offer in accordance with the
demand expressed by the potential customer, according to the
established rules (risk management in particular). - Work with Operations Manager to ensure that all staff
resources are available, qualified accordingly and that future
needs are identified and communicated. - Assume full responsibility for the completion of the
project(s), in accordance with the contract, within budget, on
time and to quality. - Ensure reporting (schedule, quality, budget) on a regular
basis predefined according to projects, and inform management
of any major deviation. - Communicate the project schedule to the project team and
ensure that the objectives are defined, achieved and
understood. - Be in constant contact with the purchasing department, from
the bidding stage to delivery; ensure that purchase
requisitions are prepared in accordance with the project
schedule. - Be in constant contact with other project stakeholders,
such as the design office. - Manage subcontractors and suppliers on the project, conduct
regular meetings with subcontractors and suppliers, manage
changes to maintain the project schedule. - Follow up on disputes and complaints with the customer /
suppliers / subcontractors in collaboration with the relevant
departments (purchasing, quality) and his/her hierarchy. - When necessary, assume responsibility for the
implementation of risk prevention at the site of operation
Show your expertise
- Minimum of 3 years of higher education or equivalent
experience in Engineering, Commercial, Construction / Project
Management - Knowledge in Project Management, EPC, Production site and
Project Management - Driving license B.
- Good level of English (B2 – group language) as well as
Native or Fluent in French. - Experience in a multi-cultural context appreciated
- Non EU applicants must have a working permit with validity
at least 2 years post hiring.
