The brand Desoutteris looking for a Product Marketing Manager in Fixtured and Pulse Assembly Solutions, whose missions will be to be :
- the owner of low reaction assembly solutions and fixtured spindle assembly solutions and its integration into the ecosystem and he is responsible to analyse the market and customers needs to propose development of new products and features
- responsible to promote the product through the sales companies
- working with all the Marketing Team in order to assure the right message from the Desoutter Ecosystem.
We don’t want to list all the responsibilities, but rather instead focus on what you will achieve through:
Market Development
- You will follow and develop the business globally with Net Income Sales and Unadjusted Growth Profit responsability;
- You will have to make a specific focus on the marketing and product portfolio towards the MVI, Tiers, Aerospace and General Industry segment on selected customers and this suggest to visit the Customer Centers regularly to follow, support and develop the business and to work actively with our Key Customer Manager to understand and anticipate customers needs;
- Once the product is ready for launch the PMM, you will organize by anticipating, sales force training, competitors benchmark, market analysis and promotional activity.
Product Development
- You will coordinate all activities internally and with customers regarding the product launch;
- You will be directly involved in new product specifications and follow their development;
- You will define price strategies and prepare the launch pack including marketing material, applications knowledge, customer value/benefit linked with the Ecosystem approach and customer Insights with VAST approach;
Others
- Develop and conduct trainings of new products and link these trainings to customers applications and products customer fit in order to put Desoutter as solution provider
- Working with Expertize Innovation Center for larger project and strive for standardization with the fixtured assembly solutions
You will work actively with R&D, purchasing and logistics.
Yours external relationships will be customer centers and final customers.
What we expect of you?
- You have an engineering or commercial background;
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in BtoB industrial marketing and/or you are a product specialist ideally dedicated to manufacturing industries with a strong background in industrial applications;
- You have good communication skills and open to work in a matrix organisation, with innovation and new technologies;
- You are fluent in English.
