I am partnering with a AI Driven Biotech startup based in the heart of Paris who are developing a generative AI Platform to discover new catalysts and molecules with the aim of disrupting carbon intensive industries.
After a significant round of funding, they are looking to expand the team with senior hires in different areas of the business.

Senior Machine Learning Engineers
Role Responsibilities:
As a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming advanced ML algorithms from theoretical concepts and shifting into practical, scalable models within the company platform.
You will play a key role in the company's mission of discovery new catalysts as you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and optimizing advanced ML models. Ensuring they are efficient and well integrated.
- Focus on Data Collecting, data integration and maintenance to oversee the full lifecycle of ML Models.
- Track the performance of ML Models and develop tools to resolve any issues.
- Work closely with your colleagues in the company to understand different requirements and deliver solutions that can enhance and boost research capabilities.
- Enhance capabilities of inhouse ML Platform.
I am looking for candidates with the below background and skills:
- Ms Degree or higher in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science or related field with a focus on the latest Deep Learning (DL) advancements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ML Engineer positions.
- Experience with Multi GPU Training.
- Experience working across at least 2 different data modalities i.e. Text Data, Time Series, Imaging / Video etc.
- Proficient Python & PyTorch programmer.
- Skilled with Version Control systems i.e. Git
- Skilled with Data Management systems i.e. SQL.
- Skilled with containerization technologies i.e. Docker / Kubernetes.
- Hands on experience with the latest ML Frameworks i.e. PyTorch, Tensorflow etc.
