Overview:

We are seeking a warm, dynamic, and service-oriented Host to create an exceptional and welcoming experience for clients at our flagship boutique. As the first point of contact, the Host plays a vital role in setting the tone for the customer journey, embodying the values, culture, and standards of a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

  • Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Engage guests with storytelling and introduce them to Client Advisors.
  • Offer refreshments and maintain a polished, inviting environment.
  • Confidently explain store concept and highlight key brand elements.

Boutique Support:

  • Facilitate smooth client flow and transitions between areas of the boutique.
  • Maintain presentation standards, including managing crockery service.
  • Gather organic client feedback and relay insights to management.
  • Assist with alternative tasks during low footfall periods (e.g. visual merchandising, admin, clienteling).

Team Collaboration:

  • Support events and in-store activations.
  • Work closely with all team members to deliver a seamless boutique experience.
  • Attend product, sales, and service training sessions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.

Skills & Requirements:

Essential:

  • Experience in luxury retail or service.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in handling client communications, including via social platforms.

  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
