Salesforce Industries Technical Architect – Communications Cloud

Location: Hybrid (Paris, France – 3 days per week in the office the rest remote)

Duration: 12 months extendable – long-term 3 to 5 year program
Role Overview:
We have exclusively partnered with our key customer within Telecommunications for a Salesforce Industries Architect with expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud to join their growing Salesforce team. In this key position, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions that support their telecommunications and digital transformation strategies. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to our communications services.
As an experienced Salesforce Industries Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their Salesforce strategy. This customer is embarking on an exciting and ambitious digital transformation program, where you will initially partner up with the Directors & Project Managers and be the main person responsible for technically audit the existing Salesforce program.
Following this you will design and deliver the new Salesforce implementation for 2025 including Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Communications, Marketing, Data, AgentForce and potentially MuleSoft!
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and even better Communications Cloud.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce), configuration, and integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), OmniStudio, CI/CD, DevOps.
- Functional profile: Autonomous, highly organised and able to lead and drive teams
- Languages: French fluent is only required, however any level of English is a nice to have.
