Engineering & PLM Lead Architect (all genders)

Our client is a French multinational specialized in the transport sector, with Headquarter in Paris, France.
The role is reporting to the Digital Services Engineering Solutions Director, and you will be responsible for the solution architecture for our client's Engineering & PLM solutions supporting worldwide business processes.
YOUR JOB
- Define and maintain a long-term solutions roadmap and strategy (3+ years), aligning with business strategic stakes, vision, value, solutions architecture, vendor roadmaps, global capabilities, budgets, operating models, obsolescence management, and compatibility with technical and security standards.
- Proactively anticipate solution evolutions through regular internal & external benchmarks and market watch.
- Translate the 3+ year strategy into a 1-year rolling project portfolio, collaborating with Business, Finance Control, Procurement, and PMO.
- Conduct pre-studies, deliver high-level and detailed solution designs, and support project execution.
- Assist operations teams with critical production incidents.
- Manage, develop, and grow a pool of talented architects and experts on Engineering solutions (10+ people).
PROFILE
To be considered, candidates should demonstrate:
- An engineering degree with over 15 years of experience in Engineering & PLM solutions, including roles in business/functional architecture, core model definition, and solution deployment.
- Solid knowledge on Engineering product development processes from industrial companies designing complex products.
- Experience working for global companies as a customer and/or service provider
- Strong solution architecture definition skills, particularly on Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Leadership in managing solution architects and experts, and enthusiasm for developing talent.
- Strong communication skills, efficiency, ability to decide and execute, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and result orientation.
- Fluent English and willingness to work autonomously in an international environment, facing our client's new challenges.
