Leasing Operations Team Leader – France

✨Role purpose:
This role will act as a strategic partner across all departments, serving as a trusted advisor and central representative for the French Operations team. The role is key in promoting group-wide best practices in areas such as documentation, process automation (RPA), and systems (e.g., CSM, SAP, IA).
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of operational activities, while also coordinating effectively with the hubs, CES team, and managing escalation processes.
- Driving change management initiatives in close collaboration with functional team leaders and their respective teams.
- Leading the team and steer operational performance based on KPIs, control lists, and priorities aligned with local Sales and Finance teams.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations, including lease schedules, acceptance certificates, and
- invoice management.
- Ensuring high-quality customer and supplier interaction in relation to operational inquiries.
- Using operational reports daily to monitor and manage pending tasks efficiently.
- Collaborating with the Customer Experience team to address business opportunities and process inefficiencies.
- Managing escalations related to operational tasks, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintaining accurate data in all relevant systems to support project requirements.
- Leading process automation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance scalability.
- Coaching and developing team members to ensure they meet performance and development goals.
- Regularly conducting team meetings and performance reviews to align team efforts with company objectives.
What you need to succeed in the role:
- Completed studies with a focus on Administration or Finance.
- Relevant professional experience in the field of financial services.
- Proven experience in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Great team player and ability to engage, lead and inspire team members.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
